Community
AI adoption sticks when it becomes part of how a team works, not a one-off training. The Community space keeps the momentum going after the programme starts: people share what works, submit AI use cases from their own jobs, and watch the best ideas get implemented across the organisation. It is where internal AI Champions keep the energy up and turn scattered enthusiasm into shared practice.
Submit ideas, share approved resources and a prompt of the month, and track contribution across the organisation (demo data).
What it includes
- Ideas: anyone can submit an AI use case from their own work, and the strongest get implemented. Activity is tracked by active contributors, ideas submitted and ideas implemented.
- Resources: a library of trusted, company-approved AI guidance, so people reach for the sanctioned material, not whatever they find online.
- Announcements: AI initiatives and shared moments, to keep everyone on the same page.
- Prompt of the month: one practical, ready-to-use prompt shared with the whole organisation.
How it works
- People submit ideas and share resources and prompts in one space.
- AI Champions curate the best, post announcements and keep the space active.
- The strongest use cases get implemented and feed back into workflows and training.
Good to know
Community connects the internal AI Champions and builds cross-team momentum, so adoption does not stall once the first training is done. It can be self-managed by the organisation, or run as a service by Zero to 100.
