Agents & automation

Once the foundations are in place, the platform builds agents, tools and automations that remove manual work, designed around a client’s real bottlenecks.

Three kinds of build: internal AI tools, autonomous agents, and document handling with on-device AI (demo data). Internal tools, always-on agents, and document and on-device AI for sensitive work (demo data).

What it builds

  • Internal AI tools: custom interfaces, dashboards and assistants for a specific job.
  • Autonomous agents: always-on agents that prepare work before it is asked for, such as research, monitoring and reporting.
  • Document handling & on-device AI: document scraping, RPA, private transcription and offline AI for sensitive work.

How it fits with Private AI

Private AI and Agents work together but are not the same part:

  • Private AI is the secure environment, the place where the organisation’s data lives and AI runs inside its own perimeter.
  • Agents & automation is the build layer, the agents, tools and automations that do the work. They can run inside Private AI for sensitive data, or in the tools the organisation already uses.

This is where AI stops helping with the work and starts doing it: implementation projects plus recurring, managed-service revenue the partner can own.
